In this connection, a formal circular has been issued by the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2259\">According to the circular, all <strong data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2075\">BS-17 officers falling within the prescribed promotion zone<\/strong> have been directed to submit their <strong data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2152\">Performance Evaluation Reports (PERs)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2157\" data-end=\"2183\">Declarations of Assets<\/strong> up to <strong data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2207\">June 30, 2025<\/strong>, ensuring that the record is complete and accurate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2507\">The circular categorically states that the required documents must reach the Board <strong data-start=\"2344\" data-end=\"2378\">no later than January 16, 2026<\/strong>. Failure to submit complete documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in exclusion from consideration by the DPC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2815\">Sources believe that the convening of the DPC will help clear long-pending promotion cases and reinforce principles of transparency, merit, and administrative efficiency within the Pakistan Customs Service.
